File Development
Our tuning file development is carried out with the aid of our 4x4 Dynamometer, in operation daily in the continual pursuit to develop new tuning solutions.
In addition we also offer manual software solutions for DPF, EGR, Adblue, Decat etc.
File Portal
Our file service is open 7 days per week with our 3 software engineers providing cover between 0800-2000 hrs Monday to Thursday, 0800-1700 on Fridays, 0900-1600 hrs on Saturdays and 0900-1200 hrs on Sundays (UK Times).
File turnaround time is usually between 5-30 mins depending on the file request and the size of the file queue.
Customer Support
We offer full support for our customers in the form of our support ticket system which can be used for file queries/add-ons as well as allowing for General support questions if you have any queries about our services etc.
